Finishing Up

  • Mail the Funds You Raised to Give Running: Please mail a check payable to “Give Running, Inc.” to 400 Roosevelt Court, Ventura, CA 93003. (While you can also donate to us through our “Donate Now” button at the bottom of our website, sending us a check is preferable so that we avoid online payment processing fees.)
  • Write Thank-You Notes: We cannot overstate the warmth of hand-written notes. Thank everyone involved — from those who volunteered their time, to those who contributed money, to the event location, to businesses and schools that provided sponsorships and in-kind donations, to the rest of your team — in person, by phone, via email, and especially with written thank-you letters.
  • Email Give Running: Please make sure to let us know how your fundraising campaign went! That way we will know to be on the lookout for your donation and can confirm when we receive it. We also want to make note of the lessons you learned from the experience and how it made you feel; and share your good deeds on our website and social media channels!
